xTrade is an innovative company, which developed one of the most reliable and unique web-platforms for trading at Forex market.
xTrade trading platform was developed by professional traders. The main criteria of the company’s work are: professionalism, financial mobility and the trading network time rate.
I've never seen the professional performance on the xTrade broker. I am dealing in a standard account and using their MT4 platform. Where I can't apply scalping strategy and make some profits, As the order execution is slow and delayed with a high spread. All I faced when I was trading with xTrade is losing money with a lot of trouble during trading. Really, traders avoid this broker. xTrade isn't a good and reliable broker. I have closed my account there, I won't trust them anymore.
I am willing to close my account if my problem will not be solved . Not a professional company at all. I've faced lot of problems since last week and the staff never helped me. Some price discrepancies. Maybe because they had an unstable trading server. I was re-quoted 18 times to close a profitable trade, it's enough to drive you crazy. Very slow in the execution of order and processing of my withdrawal. It took one week to get my money.
The bad thing with xTrade broker is that they are not transparent about withdrawal process. After sending a withdrawal request of 600$ they did not processed it yet. It’s almost one month passed even they did not response to my mails. Their customer support staffs are rude, arrogant, impolite and useless.
It is good that xTrade charges a fixed trading fee. Regardless of the market conditions, the spread remains the same which is why I am not afraid to trading during news release or high volatility.
The platform they have is very time consuming. Not efficient. Their analysis is also very confusing, difficult to understand. I am so shocked suddenly the available balance was only $700 in fact when I called to finance department they seem to avoid and don’t want to take any responsibility towards the loss. After claimed and writing a report to the finance manager then only they return the money. I can feel this is one way to steal client’s money that is why they delayed the process and return.
