I have earned $150 a week after dealing with the xDirect platform. Here, I get a tight spread and instant execution. Also, I found a good service and many trading tools and indicators. So, I have withdrawn $150 profit so far through Skrill. Overall, I am pleased with xDirect.

I feel so regret to trade with xDirect broker. Using their platform, they still need to fix some bugs with the platform which sometimes has delays. I'm their client from past 6 months, I have called their support regarding their platform but they don't do anything. I didn't find any changes from their platform even after I told their client services. Because of that, my order were delayed on execute and I got different position then I lost my money. This broker didn't do any improvement for the client. I don't want to continue to trade with them, so I closed my account.

To be honest, I did not like my trading experience at xDirect. This broker is very inefficient. When I withdraw my profits, I have to wait for weeks before I get the money. Their platform is also malfunctioning frequently yet they still don't try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

xDirect is not a professional broker. I can't trade with xDirect's trading platform. As always, execution was delayed 20 to 40 sec, and the pricing chart was differed 8 to 20 pips from real the market. So I can't open or close trades in my desired position, and I got big slippage and requotes on my orders. Till now, I had lost $650 from my $1000 Invest. Really they were unlucky for me! I realize that I can't recover my losses ever. So I left them and closed my account.

I would like to say xDirect has been a incredibly superior broker. Very easy to use, started my account for with their minimum deposits of $500 and made good profit. The client support service was very polite when I needed some help. They let me МetaТrader 4, and xStationto platform to trade forex, oil, stock and more. This is very convenient now I do not have to use different broker to trade with forex, oil, stock and more. Anyways I am also getting referral bonus to trade with just for having my friend sign up. Not very often you find a good and respectable broker like xDirect to deal with.
