I'm trading in a few currencies with FXOpen, it is EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and USD/JPY. Everything was going properly until last week I was suffering from my trading. The platform is confusing and crashes too often. Slippage and requotes also happened, I can't close my order on my desired position, and because of that, I lost the money that I use for deposit. I decided to close my account and withdraw the rest of the balance from my trading account, and I got shocked when I got the money because they charged me $40 for my withdrawal amount. They are not a reliable, also not professional broker.

I have traded with Option365 for a year now and they have fantastic service and outstanding spreads. Their platform is working very well, the order has executed no brakes. I am a swing trader and I made a good profit by using my swing EA. I made a profit of $832 just by investing $300. At end of the last month, I made my 3rd withdrawal of $250 via Skrill payment, and I got my money within the same day. One thing I would recommend Option365 to all traders.

Vipro Market's' trading platform stop responding yesterday. Refreshing it doesn't help and no connection appears online. Needless to say, I'll gonna look for another broker that is very responsive. The delay is very unacceptable. They don't even let me know what may have happened. They don't apologize for their mistakes. Too many requotes simply scratch the nerves. It's very annoying, and the processing of instant executions takes that long, that you start thinking there is something wrong in there. Their response slowly and they should learning their product more.

I think only a few people are lucky to trade with this broker. I always lost in trades, until I finally found out the cunning of those who deliberately slowed down their servers, so I lost $550. Therefore, I contacted to their support in many times about this issue, but I got nothing. Thus, their support always tells me that they will fix my matter right now, but it’s just a liar. The trading platform is unstable and has many re-quotes. Withdrawal is uneasy as they said but it took me more than 2 weeks waiting for my money. Also since I started operating, there's a delay in their execution in the platform of 2-3 seconds, needless to say about slippages. I will stop trading here.
