There is just one thing that I do not like about X Open Hub: their customer support service. I tried seeking assistance from them a few times because there is a problem in the trading platform, but they were very slow in responding. I don't get satisfactory support service from them.

X Open Hub is a professional broker. I have been trading with them for 4 months. They always provide excellent service with many good conditions for traders. So far, during last 4 months I notice their MT4 platform is excellent, not many requotes, friendly for hedging and scalping. Their customer support always helpful, speedy, and ready all the time. I've earned $2000 so far and withdrawn the profit via Wire Transfer within six hours. I'm so satisfied with X Open Hub.

I started fairly good with X Open Hub broker, but from last month their XOH Trade Platform not working perfectly, the spreads got wider, and execution got slower. I lost my balance because of their slow execution of my orders. They have only one payment options wire transfer. I am concern about their legalization because they are not regulated broker.

There is something about X Open Hub that i don't feel so comfortable about. Their representative contacted me once and tried to convince me to trade with them but he did not sound like he knows what he was talking about. His voice was firm but most of what he was saying were just promises of profits. Nothing really substantial about their company. That is why I just blocked the number that called me.
