Conclusion
At first glance, Valutrades offers rather attractive trading conditions: a wide range of trading instruments, advanced platforms, training materials, and an affordable initial deposit. In addition, the broker is regulated by a fairly reputable supervisory authority. At the same time, we still recommend that you carefully study the company`s reputation, since even a few negative reviews may signal that the broker is unreliable.
I have tried Valutrades broker, and certainly, they are market maker broker. I observe that they make fast slippage on the news publish time. So during the last news time, I traded on EUR/USD pair with them, beside them I also opened trade with another broker. Surprisingly made a profit with another broker on their platform, but I saw a massive loss with Valutrades because they made a fake reversal slippage on their platform of 63 pips. Now I have no other option, I am going to close my account with Valutrades.
I don't like the way Valutrades broker renders their services. I joined this broker 2 months ago, and I'm totally disappointed. First, I put my first deposit of $200 and tried to trade, but I found only their sucks trading platform. The platform was a big mess. They need to improve it more. The order executions were always hanging, and bad slippage exists in almost all executions. Their client support also not supporting as they can't fix the problem, they can only say sorry and will fix it but after that, the improvement never happens. They are totally not a recommended broker.
Valutrades does not overdo their services. They provide reasonable yet favorable trading conditions to their clients. The leverage is wide enough but not too much that we would end up risking too much.
For me Valutrades is a stress-free broker, from the signing up and the deposit and withdrawal of money. I do love the fact that they accept PayPal, for deposits and withdrawal funds, good for traders who trade most of time in the home. I like Valutrade broker and I am happy with my scalping strategy.
I have been trading with Valutrades, and I don't think they are a good broker. I have experienced delays in getting orders on their trading platform. As a result, I have suffered heavy losses and withdrawal problems too. Customer support didn't respond to me, they didn't reply to my emails until now. I never enjoyed trading with them, and I decided to stop dealing with them and close my account with this broker.
