TusarFX is an unprofessional broker. I don't feel satisfied with their service. The platform is hard to customize and I can't place an order in my desired position and it really makes my trading have obstacles. I called their customer support but they said it depends on my trading skills, they just don't want to admit that mistake is on their platform. The withdrawal process is also delayed, I need to wait more than one week to get the money and for me, it's really waste my time.

These past three months, have been observing my trading experience at TusarFX. Sadly, the platform often malfunctions. I waited for the broker to fix it but they did not do anything. Because of this, I will just be closing my account with the broker.

I lost over $1462 just in one trade. I also contact with their support via live chat but they refuse to accept that was their platform problem. So I would not recommend this broker. I closed it after many crashes of the platform MetaTrader 4, delays in withdraw of the profit, changing of the Stop Limit. I called many times their support team and I never got support. They always say will fix the problem, and never call me back. I don't need to think anymore, I won't continue my trading with them. very rude.

TusarFX broker appear to be on the legit side but they are playing tricks behind the scenes. During the last UK GDP announcement time I placed few trades on GBP pair manually, using scalping strategy on volatile market and I made profit around $440. Next morning, in my account, I have found unknown record correction and all my profit has gone to -$423! After several emails and queries through online have not get any response. TusarFX hunting for your money guys! Stay away from them at all cost!

As much as I want my investment at TusarFX to work, this broker is just not making it possible. I tried to be patient with their trading platform but it really just kept crashing or lagging. It is very difficult to make a decent trade when the platform is not stable. Honestly, I am thinking about closing my account now.
