The minimum deposit $250; it's a big money for newbie like me. Frustrated with their platform; keep lagging every 5-10 minutes. Customer service also not helpful and rude.
Think Markets is a totally bad broker. They are not being honest to their clients, also they don't be transparent about fees and charges or commission. The trading conditions are also bad, and it was so hard to earn a profit with them since the trading platform working badly. Their customer service was also slow in responding and processing my order. Their withdrawal system through BPAY is too much costly. My last withdrawal was $600, and I received $470. They took $130 as a transfer fee. Too much, don't trade with them.
I had been dealing with Think Markets for a couple of months in a Standard account. I have lost $350 for their painful MT4 platform. Here orders execution is so slow, and sometimes price quote is different from the market. So I got huge requotes and my orders slippage or the spread could be wide. I feel so disappointed after I invest $500, and I have decided to withdrawal the rest of my money. And my withdrawal request delays through Neteller. I felt so uncomfortable and didn't enjoy my trading with Think Markets.
Both the MT4 and cTrader platforms at Think Markets are working excellently. But I prefer using ZuluTrade for automated trading. It is impressive that the broker offers this as it is highly convenient to clients. Especially since I have a regular job and I do trades on the side, this is very beneficial to me.
I am disappointed to trade on the Think Market's trader platform in a Pro-account. As this platform has a lot of problems like slippage or slow execution, tools or EA didn't work. So my pending orders always risky for execute to my preferred position or close my order. So I had lost $550 in the running market. That's why recently I like to avoid trading with Think Market and withdrawn my rest invest.
