I also experienced a change in the spread without any warning. And their customer support is not friendly and helpful. Their platform also freezes, causing me to lose often. My SL doesn't function the way it is supposed to be. Sometimes it is very difficult to connect with their server especially when a market is active. Leverage is low. so, I don't see and advantages. Client support takes too long to answer questions. Poor trading systems and they do not offer trading contests for beginners on forums. They couldn't become a professional broker.

They are slow and irresponsible. When you don’t want to pay, you should at least give an adequate reason and you shouldn’t use excuses. I mean that price (both bid and ask price) went well above my TP in a long position, but their MT4 showed I still need 2 pips to reach my TP. They do this in many different forms like price is well above your entry price in a long position. I couldn't believe with the words that Quick Option was a great broker because I've been got bankrupt by them. A lot of wrong information was provided by Representative while opening the account.

Quick Option is a regulated broker and they offer quality brokerage services. I have been with them for almost a year now and my trading activities have always been great. As of now, I have a 16% profit rate and it is more than what I expected.

Their website is very confusing. There is not enough information for newcomers. It makes me feel unsafe about trading. I prefer a more complete and professional broker. I often read negative comments about the Quick option. Even my brother is also experienced with this broker. The money he lost was $ 1500. Anyway, He guess that He was attracted by low deposits and good trading conditions, apparently, and he must say that they allow you to deposit $100, for example, but then they ask you to deposit more money or your account is blocked.

I have been using Quick Option more than seven months for option trading. They used to be excellent broker but now they've lost their trust. On 13 December I put my request withdraw of $800, but still they did not grant it. I sent them more than 20 emails concerning my issue all the time keep saying that it will be processes quickly. Even I asked them to specify the date but they overlook this question. One of my known traders who trading this brokers he is also facing same trouble. I think they lost their liquidity. I will switch this broker without doubt after withdrawing my entire fund.
