I can't deal with Pepperstone Broker, As their price is always delayed on the MT4 platform. So I have failed to get into my desired positions and apply an automation trade by scalping strategy. Also, their platform didn't support EA tools and I can’t set any tools. It is difficult to enter or close orders due to server issues. I say Pepperstone has a disappointing service in the market.
I'm saying Pepperstone is not a recommended broker for trading. I had to close my account at this broker. I was trading with them using the MT5 platform, but the result was nothing. The platform was shaky, even unstable, and it was hard to customise it. They also didn't execute my order correctly, causing me to lose my money. I rarely get a profit, but when I got a small profit, I tried to withdraw it once, and they processed it 2 weeks after I sent a withdrawal request with a big amount of charge. It was so suffering from trading with them, and I think it was only wasting my time.
Pepperstone was recommended by my workmate. He has been trading for several years already and I wanted to enter this investment so I asked for his assistance. I am so glad that I did because I found the perfect broker to start my journey. Pepperstone requires a reasonable starting capital, has stable platforms, and tight trading fees.
I started trading with Pepperstone four months ago and I am not very happy with their trading platform. It is very hard to make a decent trade with them because the platform hangs and closed often. Even the charts are not always synced with the market. On top of that, there are many confusing buttons on the platform. They are not friendly.
I have tried Pepperstone and I am not pleased with them. There were many abnormal things happened with my orders. Instant re-quote at open and close order. Order opened 25 seconds and more, after that I will got notification about re-quite and my EA have to read such notification and respond. Last week I got 17 pips spreads on EUR/JPY pair only seconds before the NFP news released. I have to keep looking for a honest and reliable broker.
