To be honest, I am disappointed with the customer service of Orbex. This broker boasts about their excellent customer support team but they are very slow in responding. Also, they are a bit impatient when speaking with me. This is not the kind of service I am looking for in a company.

Orbex is an average Forex broker. They are able to provide stable platforms but I still had to leave this company because of their floating spreads. The trading fees often move and they could go as high as 12 pips. For me, this price is already unreasonable.
