I finally closed my account with One Trade after waiting 4 weeks for my request to withdraw all my funds. I traded with them 5 months, the first 2 months there was nothing wrong. I trade major pairs such as EUR/USD,USD/JPY. After I withdraw my first profit of $250 the 3rd month, the platform MT4 started to crash, to had crazy spreads and the broker manipulates the prices. I had negative slippage almost every week for 10-15pips. I tried to call support they put me on hold for several days, when there is finally an answer they can't help. Well I requested to withdraw my funds and searched for other broker.

I'm so disappointed with OneTrade. They are a cheater. I have been trading with them for 5 months, and I made a profit, but I have to lose all my profit. Last month, I've sent a withdrawal request for my profit, but they didn't process it until yet. I have called them, and one guy support guy said I couldn't withdraw my profit because they found unusual activity in my account. I have no idea what they mean, I have been trading and gained a profit, but they said it's unusual. I didn't get my money yet until now. They are not responding now, and they didn't reply to my email.

Sometimes, I am able to trade with tight spreads. However, most of the times, I struggle with the fees because they magnify so much. Especially when trading the major pairs, the spread would often become unreasonably high.

OneTrade has a good transaction of withdrawal and deposit. They also have a reliability and security of their customer's money. The platform has been excellent and I don’t have any complaints with the spreads. Another feature that impressed me about them is that they have a state of the art customer support solution which is based on an advanced chat room.

Before I started an account at OneTrade, I was very impressed by its offers and claims. However, now that I am actually trading with them, I am quite disappointed. This broker does not meet my expectations. Their trading platform is not always in good condition and the trading cost is just too high!
