Very slow service, especially with my withdrawal requests. Their customer support is unprofessional and they did not even try to help me with my issue. Not a good broker and I certainly would not recommend them to my friends. They give me trade signals on USD/GBP pair that are false and l lost $853 in 3 trades. Currently, my balance stands at $511. I tried to save my funds and withdraw but until now I cannot get a reply from them. Markets.com is a scam broker.

Never trade with this broker. I have been trading and gained profit, and I sent a withdrawal request, but they didn't give me profit until now. It has been 3 weeks I'm waiting for the money credited to my account, but I get nothing. I have called them many times but they keep saying my withdrawal is still in process. I have no idea till when I should wait. So desperate to wait, it's so wasting my time.

I don't trust this broker. I've faced several problems, especially with my withdrawals, and most of them haven't been solved yet. The customer support also not representatives, they don't know the basics of forex market and will only give unclear replies. Then, they only give you the email of another department and told you that you have to address your doubts there, and after that, that department never replies you. They are not professional. They only need money without giving service to clients.

I've traded on MarketsX platform and till now I can make 80% profitable deal. As I've found their platform has hassle-free execution and profitable signals. All of my withdrawal requests were processed within 4 hours through Skrill. Really I am pleased on Markets.com.
