I hate myself for choosing this broker. Very bad platform, always lagging. Withdrawal process terrible. Customer support also unsupportive.

I have bad experience with Just Forex. There spread is too high. We won’t be able to phone the support. They will tell that they will revert you soon. However, we will get a call after a week. They won’t teach you in Demo account. They will force you to do in live account and they have a lot of hidden factors. I opened and deposited with $500 and after a week of trading with them I really regret that i decided to use Just Forex. For three days now, their trading system is not working. Their customer service however answered my calls and chat in an hour and provided information about their downtime. I am willing to explore benefits but i got disappointed now so I am searching for a new broker. During 2 months of trading with this broker I had from 10 trades 7 lost. The worst part is that the broker is manipulating the prices. I will close my account and search for a different broker.

JustForex is the worst broker I've ever trade with. I just joined this broker in last year, but I have many problems with this broker. My initial deposit was $600 and made profit more than 50%. Last week when I requested for a withdrawal of $300 they simply deleted my profits stating errors in price and price correction and credited back my initial deposit. I have called their customer support and it's so weird when one guy told me that he don't know about it. It's useless to call them, I can't even get a clear reason why they deleted my profits.
