Hi, my name is Vladimir. I am writing this review because I have promised those "experts" from the customer support service that I would make them listen to me at last. So many times I have tried to contact the managers but they simply ignored me. My account totals 200,000 RUB. I lost only 1,000 RUB. However, the problem is not about losing 1,000 RUB but the broker`s attitude to its clients. I opened a position on 1,000 USD (position was not held open overnight and no rollover interest should be charged). I was trying to place Take-Profit order (you cannot close the positions by yourself in the platform), I opened a short position on USD/RUB. The deal was canceled the following day. Nevertheless, it was still opened and I was unable to cancel it. The platform showed that there was neither profit nor loss on this position. I thought it was just a technical failure on SMARTX platform and placed a short position. Then I rechecked the position in the broker`s reports but there was none.
In the chat, they did not explain why it happened. Managers advised me to write an email to the support service (where I also did not receive an answer). Meanwhile, the price had changed dramatically. The trading week ended, and on the weekend, the same order was opened without my consent. Moreover, it was the deal with a loss because I was unable to close it and I had already placed an order on another trading platform. I checked the deal in the broker`s reports but there was none. Yet, the margin lowered while the losses rose. Then, I noticed that it was charged with rollover interest. If you open such a position, the broker takes a 0.1% commission. At first, I thought that this must be a mistake as the company licensed by such a reputable regulator simply could not do such things. Guess what? On Monday, this position was not closed. I contacted the support service, outraged of course. My question was why they opened positions on my account without my consent. I did not get a response.
Sergey December 22, 2017. I signed a contract with IT Invest. The broker promised that it would take 20 minutes and then it provided access to the exchange. In fact, the whole procedure was much longer. I had been waiting for 10 days. The first impression is not good. However, it can be deceitful. So, I’ll start and then see whether it is worth a try.
Osin August 17, 2016. I’ve been trading with this broker for several months. However, I’ve already faced so many problems: 1. Technical support is slow and unprofessional.
Technical requests are processed for more than a week, and sometimes they cannot answer the simplest questions. 2. As mentioned earlier, the quotes on SmartX platform are sometimes incorrect, and this occurs for the third day in a row. 3. Problems with the test server. This is where you can improve your programs. However, it works incorrectly so you have to postpone testing or do it later.
