Hantec Markets has a painful platform and I have to pay a high spread, As I can't open in my preferred position or at a live market price. Always it happened to me and I failed to set up an EA. I don't trust them either, As my withdrawal has been cancelled too. Overall Hantec Markets gave me the worst service so far. I am trying to return my investment from this broker.

I have an awful trading experience with Hantec Markets broker in the market. There is a lot of lacking in their platform. As my orders didn't execute at the right time and I can't withdrawal my profit for three months. Today I have checked my account but can't log in, As suddenly without explanation my account gets suspended without notice and support doesn't reply to my emails too. Hantec Markets is not recommended broker.

Stay away from this broker! I deposited $1000 via Maestro, all good and nice on the first month. After I applied for a withdraw of $400 profit, it took almost 1 week to get the approval, and the platform started to crash. I traded for just 2 months after that, I lost $300 from my deposit with Stop Loss changed, manipulation of the prices, and delays on the platform. I requested to withdraw the rest of my funds, and they denied my request 3 times in a row even though I sent them all the requested papers. Now I don't have another choice than to keep trading with them, maybe until I lose all my money. Hantec Markets is a scam!

I started at Hantec Markets several years ago already and this broker just never fail to amaze me with their innovations and excellent services. My experience has always been pleasant and withdrawing my profits has never been an issue.

Hantec Markets is not a recommended broker. I really disappointed with this broker. I have been trading with them for five months, and I was trading in EUR/USD and GBP/USD currencies. Everything was going well, and I have made a profit. I wanted to withdraw my profit, and I've sent a withdrawal request. But my process is still pending. I have no idea what I did, I called their support and one of them said that I broke their rules and they found unusual activities in my trading. I asked them what unusual activities I did because I always do my trading as usual. But, they keep telling me that they will investigate and will back to me. It's been a month now, but I didn't get a notification yet, no calls, no email.
